A Warm Welcome to Summerlea School

On behalf of the governors, staff and children, may I welcome you to our wonderful school. This website will provide you with helpful information about our aims, vision, organisation and curriculum and allows you an insight into the excellent opportunities that are available at Summerlea School.

I am proud to be headteacher of our school and I am looking forward to leading Summerlea forward in these next few years.  As someone who has always loved being involved in education, I am all about the all-round child and my staff and I are passionate about giving your child the best opportunities to excel within a wide variety of opportunities throughout their seven years here.   Our school is unique and we want every child to leave Summerlea having the best learning experiences possible.

We value our community and all the stakeholders involved in our school.  We are committed to continuous improvement in all we do, but are also keen to celebrate our strengths and  the special memories that we create here.  Schools are an amazing place to be and ours is no different.  We look forward to welcoming you to Summerlea School.
