Transition

At Summerlea, we know that being at the same school for seven years is an amazing experience.  It offers security, consistency and nurture that all-through primaries pride themselves on.  

When year 6 approaches its end, children are thinking about the next stage in their educational journey and transition plays a huge part in our planning and preparation during this time.  

All of the children will have access to this in school and for those children who might need an enhanced transition, we have a great relationship with our feeder schools - we can help ensure that this happens.
